The short version: We collect only what's needed to run your family calendar. We never sell your data. We never share your children's information with anyone. You can delete everything at any time.

Important: We never collect a child's surname, photo, address, or any identifying information beyond first name and date of birth. Children do not have accounts and cannot log in. All children's data is entered and controlled by their parent/guardian.

4. The classmate matching feature

When you add your child's school and class, our system can show other parents an anonymous nudge when families from the same class book a camp. For example: "2 families from 2nd Class at Scoil Bhride booked this camp."

This feature is entirely anonymous. No names, no identifiers, no contact details are ever shared. Only the count of families and the class/school name are visible. You can disable this by removing school information from your child's profile at any time.

When you forward a club email to our system, it is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to extract schedule information, fees, and dates. The AI:

Family sharing

When you invite a partner or family member, they can see all shared family data (children, clubs, schedules, fees). This is a core feature of the app. Only adults you explicitly invite can join your family.
